Conditions for Returns
Because our coolant is a chemical product, we can only accept returns for items that are completely unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Unsealed or opened bottles cannot be returned or exchanged due to quality control and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged bottle or the incorrect color/size, please notify us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
